2019 Nissan 370Z

The tried and true Nissan 370Z is like the Energizer bunny as it just keeps on going and going.  Nissan figures if it ain't broke, why fix it.  The Z seems timeless and still remains a bargain performance coupe or convertible that is just itching to take you on a fun ride, attacking those country curves and flat-out straight line runs.

You will find out what “driving bliss personified” is all about.  The 2019 Nissan 370Z retains the powerful normally-aspirated 3.7-liter V6 engine, stiff suspension, rear wheel drive and an excellent 6-speed manual that makes this 2-seater so much fun to drive, be seen in and affordable. If you prefer not to throw your gears, then a smooth shifting 7 speed automatic can be had with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters.  If you love vitamin D and the open air driving experience, you will enjoy the 370Z Roadster with a power operated soft-top that can be dropped in just 20 seconds.  For those who are wanting more zip in their trips besides 332 lively horses and the 270 lb-ft of get-up and go torque, then also take an enjoyable test drive in the Nissan 370Z Nismo that punches out 350 anxious horses and 276 lb-ft of  asphalt grabbing torque.  All this power is delivered to the wheels nice and smoothly. 

For 2019, the Nismo maintains the SynchraRevMatch system whereby the throttle is automatically blipped as you down shift for smoother transitions and less power loss during shifting.  This setup makes for the perfect downshift.  Also, with the chassis tuning, the Nismo feels athletic on the open road and perfectly dialed in.  The Z is letting you know and feel you are at the helm of one of the all-time great handling sports cars.  The Nismo is also a head turner with its sleek flowing aerodynamics shape, rear spoiler, flared rear fenders in that menacing wide and aggressive stance.  It just looks terrific from any angle with its standard black wheels and red striping.  Also standard with the Nismo are Recaro seats that hold you like your favorite leather gloves.  What a package!  Acceleration becomes exhilaration and the green lights start to feel more like starting lines.

The Nissan Z is still available in Base, Sport, Sport Touring and Nismo trims. The Roadster comes in Base, Touring and Sport Touring.  Both the coupe and the convertible 370Z's deliver a very reasonable price with a heart-pounding fun driving driving experience.  Wouldn't a new Nissan Z parked in your driveway with a big red bow look great?
